Meet the stranger

There is always something irrational and rational in how we are and behave. The logical may seem natural, and the irrational, strange. Neither is natural nor strange. They are two complementary parts always present in the human being. It is easy to relate to one but not to the other.

Understanding our irrational side, so that it works in our favor and not against us, is a task that takes years to discover and reveal beneath layers of fog.

Making an effort to understand others, who also possess that duality, will help you free yourself from dramas in the face of their apparent irrationality, interpret the signals they unconsciously emit to better understand their character, and avoid toxic people who may cross your path and cause lasting emotional harm.

By eliminating negative patterns and elevating your level of empathy, you will be able to motivate others and yourself, as well as strengthen and deepen the bonds with those around you.

And best of all, you will be able to see your full potential and rise to your best version.

It is never too late to start.
